簽署臨時買賣合約
買方律師須用向房屋署支援服務處申請提名信
買方找銀行申請按揭
買賣雙方簽訂正式買賣合約
雙方律師須通知支援服務處
公屋住戶須於收樓後兩個月來交還公屋單位
完成買賣

To whom may it concern,
I want to buy a 居屋, would you please tell me whether i am entitled to buy and how to buy, my information as below:
I got one way permitt in 2005, and worked in HK in 2007, i have a 4 years old son, and seperated with my husband since 2007, my salary around HK$12,000 and i am scare to move out as i have no place to live.
My husband borrowed no interest money from goverment and bought house in 2000, and sold last July. He unempolyeed since last October.
What can i do, can i buy 居屋 under my name?
Please help me.
